I served as the Marketing Coordinator for Capital Roots, a non-profit organisation that provides fresh food access, agriculture, nutrition and education to underserved populations in New York’s Capital Region. I worked across thirteen different programs, all with unique constituent and marketing messages.
I designed the layout of newsletters, flyers, posters, social media graphics, invitations and other promotional material (print and digital) for 12 distinct programs.

Healthy Retail Initiative
The Healthy Retail Initiative included a collection of materials that visually directed residents in a 3-mile radius to Capital Roots' new “Healthy Stores” location in their neighborhood.

Capital Roots' Spring Brunch attracts more than 700 guests across New York's capital region serving food and beverage from 125 purveyors in a buffet-style brunch, all by donation. The project called for a captivating invitation to celebrate food, as well as incorporating Capital Roots' infamous 'beet' icon in a colourful fashion.

Capital Roots' Autumn Evening is an elegant farm-to-table tasting event featuring the area’s finest chefs, local farms and producers. Chefs are paired with farms and producers to create an inspired dish from their provided harvest. The projected aimed to create a professional elegant look, featuring fresh vegetables and crispt type font against a dark backdrop.
